Meet Ana, Founder and Attorney
I’m a startup lawyer and founder who understands firsthand the challenges and excitement of building something from the ground up. After years of working closely with startups and established companies alike, I saw a common pattern: legal support is often brought in too late, resulting in costly mistakes and missed opportunities. This isn’t unique to startups, Even Fortune 500 companies struggle with this but startups face an added pressure of limited resources and the need for predictable, accessible legal guidance.

My background includes big law experience, legal consulting with household name brands, and a tenure with a Big Four firm. I’ve worked alongside some of the largest corporations, and I’ve learned that early, strategic legal planning is key to sustainable growth, regardless of company size.
I’m passionate about helping founders avoid the costly pitfalls of late-stage legal involvement by providing clear, upfront, fixed-fee options that bring quality counsel within reach.
As a startup mentor for Berkeley SkyDeck and other prominent VC accelerators, I stay deeply connected to the founder community and emerging trends.
